Benefits Of Tomato :

Tomato is a beneficial fruit and vegetable by the research of nutrition. Tomato is also known as Solanum  Lycopersicon. Origin dietary of antioxidant lycopene. There are so many benefits of tomato, tomato fights against Cancer and Heart disease, a great source of Vitamins C, K, Folate, potassium, and Nutrients, also maintaince the level of Blood sugar, keep the Digestive system on the path, good for skin, reduces blood pressure, and supports Bone Health, boost sleep soundly, 

diminish of chronic pain, excellent for vision.

 In a medium Tomato contains :

  • Water 95%  
  • Protein 0.9 grams
  • Calories 18
  • Sugar 2.9 grams
  • Fat 0.2 grams
  • Carbs 3.9 grams
  • Fiber 1.2 grams

Benefits for Skin : 

                                   Tomato is not only used for cooking, It also beneficial for skin damages. It repairs naturally and easily skin and leaves the glow on the face. It helps remove the dirt from the skin, remove blackheads, whiteheads, pimple, acne, acne scars, sun damages, wrinkles, controls oil, tighten skin, and clear dullest skin. It provides glow and softness to the face and a smooth relief.

Ingredients For Tomato Mask 

  • 1- Tomato (medium)
  • Sugar 1-tbsp
  • Tumeric 1- tbsp

Method :                                   

             Mix Tomato pulp into turmeric then blends until it comes in a smooth paste.

Half tomato coated with sugar and apply it on your face in a circular motion.

Both remedies are amazing for the skin. Leave it for 15 min and after wash off, you’ll get smooth and glowing skin

Note: This remedy you can apply on a daily basis.
